Itek Mobile Phone Repairs

This is my first time fixing in Itek mobile. Good experience with young man who work there (I forgot his name). Very quick and reasonable price. He knew I was in hurry so he prioritize my phone within short period of time.

I had issue with charging in my iPhone, I have checked with other shops, they said I need to change charging port with new one. I have googled this guy and went to Itek Mobile repair in DFO. He checked the phone and cleaned the charging port and it started working. He did not charged even single dollar, appreciate his honesty. I will visit again this shop, if I have to do anything with my phone. Thanks Itek

This morning I had a good experience with a guy who works here. Charging port stuck as the cable did not plug in properly. I went to different stores around the suburb and they were really pushy to get it fix. I'm not convinced. A young man clearly explained to me what are potential issues and he even delayed his ongoing repair just to clean up my phone. AND IT WORKS. He only charged me with his honesty and few words about how I should use my phone in the future. However the shop needs more product as I could not purchase additional accessories for my phone. We need more business like this during these unprecedented times. J.
